Hi, I have laser printer samsung sl-m2020w. I have issues with the wifi. I downloaded a fixed firmware for that printer the was areleased in June 18. The zip file contain a PDF file with instructions and the firmware update file with.hd extension. In the instructions it says to use usblist2.exe fi. Reset the Smart Hub and Samsung Account Settings.
